When a player appears to keep raising your blinds, do you try to pay them back by targeting their blinds, or do you just keep to your game and wait for opportunities?

If someone is raising your blinds then you can't steal theirs since they have position on you. It's best to 3-bet more and defend lighter if someone is abusing your blind. Waiting for a hand will dwindle your stack to unplayable.

I was referring to when the person who is stealing your blinds, you wait until they are in a blind and then you are able to make a decision to raise their blinds.
