But for fun, here is my list of countries and players

Brazil = Huge fish.
Latin America = Huge fish too. Spend too much time outside than crafting their game
USA= Mostly Huge fish too. For every pro, there are so many "I'm the sheriff in these hereeeee parts, and you won't be bluffing me today sunny jim"
Canada= HUGE fish. As bad as USA, altho I haven't played with Americans for ages since black Friday.
Thailand= Good reg. Clearly makes profit enough to fly out to Thailand to continue poker career.
China= Crazy fish, bluff loads and never fold.
Japan= Crazy fish, bluff EVEN more and never fold.
United Kingdom = Pre-corona = good. Post-Corona = Huge fish. They're all 1/2nl live "regs" who are break even/bad players live and get crushed online. Their local homegame turns out to be much easier than online and can't believe how "rigged" online is.
Austria= Aggressive, but some good players.
Denmark/Norway/Sweden/Finland = Each country gets more and more aggressive. Fins are the most crazy aggro ever. Maniac levels of bluff from them. Also balance with good players too. Players rated from "super aggro" right up to "LEEEEROYYY JENKINSS"
Spain= Huge fish like Latin America, just in Europe.
Belarus= Even their "fish" are crushing the game.
Russia= Surprisingly nitty. Do pull some crazy bluffs, but mostly they are not huge donators. They're small winning players/nits at 25nl and under.
Germany= Mix of good and bad, quite aggressive.
Eastern Europe = Mix of good and bad, mostly small winners. Can't afford to gamble like crazy idiots like some of the richer western countries.

I'm from Russia. I agree with the low limits. Brazilians in our country are considered aggressive)

Scandinavians

I find it hardest to play against Scandinavians, especially Danes and Swedes.

A lot of brazilian pro players from Brazil ever say "Be agressive, be agressive, be agressive.." and the public like to hear that. So I think that streamers say this because the public like to hear it and viewers play agressive because professional players recommend that. In our culture, agressivity is very apreciated and overratedly apreciated.

An interesting question) Brazil, Romania and Russia often play very aggressively and often for luck, that is, not according to the rules, but as they think it is correct, without positions, with whatever hand, and what if you're lucky, bingo! Therefore, I do not like to play with them at the same table.

Im 🇺🇸 and id say we have aggressive players and very passive too..lol.i don't really pay attention to were players are from when im taking their 💰 or if their taking mine

. I like playing with the baddest toughest players and it probably helps me be a beast. Good luck and remember to have fun crushing em.

Idc if ppl think. This isn’t PC bcuz I don’t give a fk. But in my home casinos we had what I’d call “crazy raising Asians” and online there’s “non stop bluffing Russians”

I am Brazilian! Beginner player, I usually play little tournaments. But I notice that most of South America (Argentina, Peru, Chile) bluff so much, that you realize the desperation. Hardest players to play are Europeans

I hate Brazilians. That's a lie, I'm Brazilian and I know how poker has grown in my country, we have many good players ascending to the highest class of poker, especially online. We have won many important tournaments, see the last scoop and wcoop, where Brazilians were very prominent.

I think in the end it does not make a difference which country you are from, if you are good or not ... the country has nothing to do with it, only that there are more from some countries than others like Brazil and Russia there are many players therefore if there are some donkeys and they note more for the quantity but it does not mean that they are all the same

well i'm brazilian and i play for a long time. I don't see much distinction in the way of playing all of them, I usually define that there are 4 types of players. those who play more defensively, those who play more aggressive, those who play bluffing, and the famous kamikaze takes any good hand and goes all in. I see these 4 types of players in all countries. so I don't see the distinction.

According to my observations, the Brazilian and Chinese players are pretty weak, almost all of them, without offending anyone, of course.

I focus more on the style of play than where the player is from, but I can say that I have noticed that Americans and Canadians suit me better than Asian players (at least in my opinion they are prone to gambling). Since you mention Brazil and Russia I often catch them bluffing. Not that I hate but I don't like to play against Albanian players they are unpredictable for me. At least that flag is on GG and I often meet them there.

I really think this business of attributing certain traits to players from specific countries is is a stinking heap of old twaddle....it's all just your imagination. Maybe a couple of russkies pulled a fast bluff on you now you think they're ALL bluffers.!!! nonsense. Try to see the big picture and classify players by their play, not by where they live.

hello.it seems that you are mistaken.as far as I have noticed, the most bluffing players are from Germany.I mean normal players, not those who play poker like roulette.

Brazilians play aggressively. Ukrainians are cunning. England is measured, calculated poker. The Japanese are reckless. Canadians are judicious. Russians in different ways, there are many of them. The USA is at a loss to say.

I can't hate any player from any country, it's not about the country or the player even if you lose to any of them, you have to have the poker sportsmanship, because once you enter any poker room you are responsible for yourself even if you go bankrupt, because you were not forced Play at any of the sites or casinos. And as we all know, we will be facing casual, serious, daredevil and professional players... from all over the world. For me, the best players, first place winners and the biggest prize money are from Canada, Britain, Russia and Germany
