Just a nonsense in my opinion.
Play the cards in front of you and the villains at your table with the best information you have.
The deck does not remember what happened in your last hand, nor does it know how many buy ins up or down you are for the session.
A rush or a heater is just what we would call running for a given amount of time above EV or getting dealt a series of hole cards that are better than expected for a certain time. Playing your
hands/specific situations any differently because of this perceived invulnerability would just be -VE.
