Hello.
I don't quite understand the question. But I think it's about long poker sessions, if I understand you correctly.
You just have to understand that the more patience you have, the more chances you have to hit the prizes. Many players at the lower limits lose just because they are tired of sitting at the poker tables - this is worth taking advantage of.

Try listening to some quiet music, or watch a soccer game or something you like and wait for the good cards to play the best hands.

When I play multiple tables at the same time, it's easy for me to have patience and wait for a good hand. But sometimes when I'm playing only one table, I get very impatient. I know it's not the best thing to do, but in this case I usually do something else while I'm playing poker, like watching some sports on TV.
