Agression is important for sure, try to not be afraid at the table or you will stay at the table folding hands and waiting for premium hands, but some time the strategy is to not be agressif if you try to reach the bubble or you are waiting for opponent to bust, agression is a key factor but strategy I will say is more important in the long run. Try to have a plan at each stage of a tournament at each hand and Don’t be afraid to change your plain if it doesn’t work

Aggression is a good tool but could be interpreted as loose play if ur opponents suspect u are a beginner. If u combine it with tight play that will b a good combo.
