If I don’t want to play, then I don’t force myself to do it.

Hi.
I easily cope with fatigue and reluctance to play. If I am tired, I just go to bed. If I do not want to play, I just do not play. Banal, but very effective. :D
Good luck.

I do not play because I have already lived it and that causes me to make very bad decisions to the point of wanting to all in all the time and with not so good hands because I feel the need to finish soon:jd4::jd4::jd4::jd4:

Yes, fatigue gets in the way of thinking so rest well and try not to eat while playing so you don't get sleepy.

Fatigue is the worst for me, I've actually falling asleep at the poker table. They just passed me on the blinds and the game went on. lol This went for 3xs around the table until they finally woke me up!!

If you are tired and do not have the desire to win, then it will be more difficult, you will try to fill your stack as quickly as possible and this can end in failure, in poker, have patience) it is better to rest for a week and go into battle with new strength)

Mental tiredness is the main obstacle to having good results.
I've started tournaments really well, and as time goes on, my performance drops. My concentration ends and I throw away the chips in 2 or 3 hands.

Only time can help from fatigue in poker; after a rest, the desire to play will wake up again.

Skip it and try again the next day. Poker is always there.

Do everything you have been putting off getting done.

I try to play only when i am at good physical condition. If you are tired and can't focus on the game it is counterproductive to play.

to deal with fatigue, i usually take a nap and try to clear my mind. sometimes poker gets you wound up and you really need to unwind somehow.

A break is the only thing that helps relight that flame/desire to play poker when i'm burned out or not feeling it.

I've caught myself playing just to play before, and that's not something I recommend. You'll be lighting your $$$ on fire doing that imo.

The biggest difficulty for me is in the long tournaments, so it is good to be prepared, otherwise you will lose a lot of chips because there is no attention. PS: It happened to me unfortunately, I invented gambling after an exhausting day of work and ended up sleeping; thankfully it wasn’t a big buy-in tournament ($ 3.30) and the worst thing was that it was among the top finishers

Generally, when tiredness and fatigue affect me, I don't play poker. With that, the reasoning is greatly impaired. In this sense, the lack of attention to the details of the plays is one of the main factors that negatively impact the possible success during the game.

Playing while fatigued is a sure formula to losing. I get frustrated easier, therefore going on tilt and making bets and calls without thinking about the move. If you don't feel like playing, then don't. The game will be there later or tomorrow. Just take a break.

In cash games I make it a point to get up and clear my head every couple of hours no matter if I'm up or down. If you sit in the same spot for too long you can get punchy and start making simple mistakes from fatigue.

It's very easy, you just shouldn't play when you feel fatigued. The only thing that will happen is that you lose your money, it is impossible to stay focused this way
