Well, my thoughts kinda went like this:
Saw that it was a Poker After Dark player and
went to the Wiki page for Poker After Dark with
the intention of looking for players over 40 without sunglasses or
wsop wins.
(Thought about how much I liked that show and missed it. Damn you, Black Friday.)
Found a few players that fit the profile and was going to guess Eli Elezra.
But as I was posting that reply I saw the final question about alive or not.
That pretty much limited it.

Googled something like "dead poker player 'poker after dark'" and up came Jerry Buss. Whom I've never heard of.

Et voila!

I'm happy to lead the next round but I have a work conflict,. I can't check the forum from the office so I'll be limited responding to your guesses to between the hours of approx. 6-9:30 PM (US Eastern) until Friday night. That may put too much of a crimp in the game.

I'm happy to pass along the honor to someone else who can be a bit more active. Maybe a thread regular who's been guessing but hasn't won yet?

Edit: Or maybe Kenzie since he clearly was there with me!

OK guys. Since I couldn't find a poker-themed Where is Waldo image, and since nobody is jumping on the next round, I'm about to send to Lark a poker-related word or phrase.

We have instituted the 1/2-hour rule but I won't be around to answer questions consistently until tomorrow (Friday) evening -- Eastern time. I will try to sneak peeks at my CC App and get some answers to you throughout the day tomorrow, but no promises.

IF (if, if, if) Lark has some free time then maybe she can jump in, but I most certainly don't intend to put that burden on her with all her other responsibilities.

So if you're willing to be patient, I'm willing to be your guide on our next installment of this game.

BTW-- my $0.02: This isn't really Jeopardy, it is really "Poker 20 Questions."

Get in your guesses in fast before I go to sleep in an hour!!
