(Was I supposed to wait 30 minutes? If so, ignore this message for the next 2 minutes!)

"Bear's Better (than I am because he plays 38 sooooted and wins)!"

This is a non-illusionaryD) phrase, posted by the real Bear, that may be hard to figure out for at least some of us due to the buxomy teacher that Ron had in high school. If taken the wrong way, it might give someone an attitude or it might be readily spoken by someone with a bad attitude.
Phrase is related to a poker action, doesn't include the word "dealt" or "deal" and can be said after losing. It has a specific meaning to poker. It is here going as two words, although it can be spoken as three or even one. Apparently doesn't involve shrimp or anything about life being like a box of chocolates.
The first word in the phrase starts with the letter 'B' and it isn't:
bad beat
bust out
Bear's better (though it should be!)
bad news
bubble boy
big hand
backdoor flush
bullshit

nabmom said:I am stumped by this one. I suspect because somehow I'm thinking in the wrong direction, but I don't know how to right it!
I shall sleep on it and try again in the morning (assuming the collective doesn't get to the answer before I log in again).
G'nite all!
