How does everyone keep track of there play history? Is there any free way to do this? Some that keeps a constant total of everything including profit and loss. All the good stuff.

I just keep a running total of daily profit. If I need more then PokerTracker, sharkscope, and Official Poker Rankings usually g
ive me what I need.
