I think a better word is difficult to play.

HeadsUp is much easier even out of position but multiway out of position is difficult.

I see if they are more passive or aggressive. but I have had to lose against fishes who go all in with 7-2 off and I lost with AA. If you play regularly at certain limits you see a lot of horses of different poker-schools. There are plenty of these, different in scale. I doubt they don't share databases among players, whether directly or as players initiative, at least vs regs. It's tough to play against those.

You do not need to be afraid of anyone in the game. Otherwise, the opponent will notice this and will press the whole game, increasing the stakes. In the end, you lose. But caution does not hurt.

I wouldn't say the term would be "afraid". But there are times when it does feel very uncomfortable to play against a certain person, either because they play better than you, because their style is very annoying for yours, or because they know you very well. I think the cause can be very varied, but well, measures can always be taken according to the problem you have.

There is no point in being afraid, fear only worsens our chances. I really like aggressive opponents, they are the most comfortable for me. And I am wary of patient players, they are the most dangerous for me.

I afraid only those crazy once whose raise every hand and play like they always have some pretty good hand. It's hard to find out what they really have. If they're bluffing or have some good hand exactly when i play a hand.
