I would choose Jason Koon. He’s one of the best all-around players today, especially in high rollers and short deck. What I like most about him is how he combines theory with discipline — he plays the modern game at the highest level, and that would be a huge challenge and a great learning experience.
On top of that, he seems like a very respectful and professional guy at the table. I think playing with him wouldn’t just be about competing, but also about getting insights into how he thinks about the game. That kind of experience could be just as valuable as the
hands themselves.
