An interesting question, actually. Personally, I prefer poker because I don't like being active, and poker, especially online poker, is a much less physically active activity.

Compared to the very commercialized competitions like Champions League, I prefer poker.

Whereas when my local club is playing, it's time to go to the stadium and have a good time with friends. Then for emotional reasons it doesn't make much sense to play poker before or after.

It depends on a game. If it's a final of the champions league or top tier teams game then it's a soccer. Otherwise, poker.

I believe you can manage both... BUT if you are actually playing and not watching on TV.. that is a tough one... depends on if its just a cash poker game or a big tournament. If its just cash - then go get some exercise!
