I've been thinking about this post for days and I've come to the conclusion poker raises my stress level and how much depends and how stressed I was when I was beginning to play.
When I play it's usually multi-tabling, so there is a lot to keep track. Another indication is when I quit playing and it's later at night I usually need 1-2 hrs to wind down before I can try to go to sleep.
Then there are the bad beats which can strESSSSSSSSSS me out!
Ok. Ok. No one wants to hear it in today's CardsChat freeroll I had KK's twice in a row and lost with them both times - the second time with the hated runner runner flush. Ok. I'm over it. No longer stressed. lolololololol NOT!
