The number one thing about bluffing is to play against people that understand poker, understand what their hands is and understand how the game is played.
You can't bluff a fish because he is a calling station.
In order for the bluff to work you need good poker players that can let a hand go just because of how the board is.
If the board has a straight draw and a flush draw on it and you try to bluff a fish he will call you even with ace high or a pair...he doesn't understand poker.

That's why it's called the art of bluffing because it's an art in order to work. The bluff is a "story" that you are telling.
