PokerStars changes its Rebuys to 90 minute Rebuy Period/10 Minute Levels - Dumb

PokerStars has changed its rebuy structure for at least the $3 $5 and $10 rebuys starting today to include a 90 minute rebuy period and 10 minute Levels

Pretty stupid idea..I think they will change it back quick because Im guessing that many people who plays these regularly will stop playing with this idiotic structure

Which part of it is idiotic again?

well I dont like the 10 minute level thing, but the longer ppl rebuy the better imo.....

90 minutes rebuys aren't that bad...? Just more chips to accumulate.

It does build a bigger prizepool as well.

I could be wrong...but I think you will see significantly lower participants once people realize the 90 minute period (prolly will take a couple weeks)

I say this cause I beleive it crowds out some of the players that come in for one shot or smaller rebuy amounts, and almost forces people to play the maximum rebuys if you are doing it right

I dont think it will increase prizepools overall...may be a wash or lower as you will lose the smaller bankroll players and play against more of the better funded ballers

its just building a bigger cash when you have longer to rebuy. Its better for the people who cash out, and bad for the people who get sucked out on by the donks who keep pushing with trash just because its a rebuy.
