I have accumulated an extra ticket for a tourney and theyve refunded it as $W. Does pokerstars offer cash conversion for this or am I stuck using it for another WCOOP event?

You can cash them in on sites that buy PS play chips. Google and find out. I ' ve recently cashed 10 mil playchips for $100.
