Has anyone ever tried sites that offer a gift for signing up at poker sites by using their links. Are they for real? Any experiences - positive or negative - would be appreciated.

Has anyone ever found a poker site that they had a problem with or a scam? There is so many out there to choose from:confused:

I just got a very nice set of Nevada Jack chips today for signing up with pokerrroom through another sites link(which willl remain nameless!). The funny part is I only needed 400player points to get the chips then another 500 untill I got my pokerroom bonus money.
