What do you do before you start playing poker? I know people don't sit down to play on a full stomach, but rather on an empty stomach.

So I'm against it, in most tournaments, I was either having lunch or dinner

I usually do all the housework so that nothing distracts me, I eat and sit down to play a few tournaments.

Nothing special. I only focus on the game but don't need any particular conditions to start playing
