PT "Amount Won" & Rake

I've been keeping stats through poker tracker and noticed that my "amount won" is far more than I've actually won. However, when I subtract my rake, which I keep track of through poker grapher, it is much close to my actual winnings. Is this right? Is there an option in PT to calculate after rake? I'm using version 2 btw.
