Pushing Ranges

Hi fellow Cardschat followers,

Im interested to know how players out there develop their pushing range, do you use the math available with several recommended charts or have you developed this yourself over a period of time playing so that it becomes second nature..im interested to recognise if there is a universal play with hands based on blinds and effective stack..please let me know your views on how you manage your own ranges.

I assume you're discussing tournaments. My range factors in my stack size, opponents stack size, average stack size, bubbling or not, opponents' calling ranges and position/action in front of me. These fluctuate all the time so I don't have set standard but...I'm usually looking to push with 15bbs or lower with a wide variety, which, increases the lower in bb's I'm at.

In normal play, there should not be a pushing range.
When shortstacked, use the push/fold tables you can download.
Don't forget to adjust for you situation.
