Good question.
Surely it would be when there is no time left. Poker is a game that takes its time, and with poker the time is long. But since I play a maximum of 1 hour in the evening. No, I'm not addicted to the game.

I actually did quit once. After black Friday with basically no options I quit in October 2011 as poker was dead gone and buried. November of 2011 I was back. I wonder if not for the weeks' vacation with the family it would have lasted the month. I just love this darn game too much. I just hope someday I won't need to be concerned of my losing the ability to play poker.

Hello🙂
A very common forum topic that has been discussed many times. It's a pity that the participants don't take the time to check how unique their topic is. 🤷‍♀️
But, let's, instead of answering, I'll just refer to the last topic where I already answered:

👉Would you quit?

For me, I don't think I'll quit poker one day, I can take a break if I feel tired and exhausted .

No, I didn't have something that made me want to quit the game. For me, poker is entertainment, a good opportunity to distract myself. That's why I never thought about quitting the game. I'm probably more inclined to quit my job than my poker game :)

I never play when I travel for family events so get plenty of random breaks & never play when I don't feel like it.

Lack of free time to play is always a problem. But such obstacles never stopped me and therefore in general I never thought about stopping playing poker.

Any activity eventually becomes tiresome, and you may feel the need to stop doing it. In this case, you simply need a short break.

Sometimes after a few Bad beats in a row, I tell myself that there is no more poker.😤 But some time passes and I play again. Probably these are the only cases when I briefly think that I won't play anymore.🤔

I haven't thought about quitting poker, but sometimes I take very long breaks that last even half a year. It all depends on my work. Sometimes there is so much work that there is no free time at all.

yes, when it seemed that something was conspiring against you, when you made all the right moves and got eliminated with AK KK AA several times, but the best thing is to take a break, reflect, and come back with more animation and good vibes, and understand that it's part of from poker.

I didn't really quit it but I decided not to take it so seriously.

What happened was that at the quarantine I wasn't having much of a source of income and I was taking poker waaay more seriously seeing it as a possibility to make money.

Now I have a fixed job and not enough time for poker.

Personally no, but I know that my 2 sons have thought about it many times. My elder one has stopped completely as he was playing to make money out of it.

No. I will never stop playing poker because it's my favorite game and hobby and sometimes it can bring in a good extra income. However, I do take short breaks from time to time for a few days or weeks to take a break from poker. But of course, when I give up completely, I start playing again

no I love this game and want to play it for a very long time. A cool game that makes money and has fun so I didn't think about leaving the game I think maybe people think about leaving the game when they have a week of bad luck in poker and they're angry and think to leave the game but then they go in and continue playing after they calm down I think a lot of people had it
