Rake increases at PS?

When did PS start charging $.20 for their $1.00 sng. I thought they were $.10, I play everyday and had not noticed the fee increase. If it happened recently I wonder if the double FPP promotion is just a cover for their price increase.

For the standard NLHEs, they've been .20 for as long as I can remember.
