rakeback info anyone?

i just received rakeback from full tilt and cant seem to find details on it
- i know bonuses and cashing in ftps count against me and overlays in tournaments .....so does that mean freerolls like cc freerolls and monthly ironman freerolls count against my rakeback too?
-i know i have seen some threads about this somewhere?

CC FRs definitely do not count against your MGR. I'm not 100% on the Iron Man FRs. Buying stuff with your FTPs, overlays, and bonuses count against it as does cashing out (FT charges a fee to send you a check which is deducted from your MGR).
