Rakeback from rakebackpros

Hi, full tilt said i can have rakeback in my old account and that they gave my info to rakebackpros and they will contact me soon. But this was 3 or 4 days ago and until now i dont got any email from rakebackpros. I sent 2 mails and no answers. Anyone here emailed rakebackpros before? Its normal from them to take so many time?

I did this a while ago it didn't take long...maybe one week or so.They're looking up your account and there are many others who need to get looked into as well so just be patient.
It took one week with me, it might take more or less with you but it's worth the wait so don't start sending hate mail

I waited 7 months so I guess 3-4 days is cool, isn't it ?
