Are random card generators predictable?

I think up to a certain point they are predictable. Every once a while in tournaments I see certain patterns. A wise player can capitalize on these patterns. I know a lot of players think that these generators are unbeatable, but almost nothing is unbeatable. That may be true if you're talking about 100% beatable.
