How often do you see opponents holding the same pocket pair?

Yes, it could be that the same couple comes a couple of times and that's okay

There are 13 pocket pairs and 78 pair combos out of 1326 existing hand combos. That's 5.88%. So the recurrence of receiving a same pócket pair is within this percentage. It is very small, but in a short period of time it can appear distorted.:)

Not long ago I was playing live and got 99, JJ, QQ and AA in a row. The worst part is that it was 4-handed and I never got paid :cautious:

I'd say it was quite rare. I have seen it. But not every session I play, rarer than seeing quads I'd say. But I suppose it depends if your playing 6-player tables or 10 player tables.

It's not so rare, when you play a lot of hands. I mean, i get this situation few times every day (playing 4-5k zoom hands). And you get to see only the hands, that reach showdown. So real number of these hands must be few times higher.

Definitely not rare but also not common, it happens in different ways. Yesterday, in three tournaments, I saw two players play a pairs of tens, a pair of kings, and a pairs of aces. It's rare when the same pairs comes to me twice in a row.

I think it's recurring, I've seen repetitions of yes cards on PokerStar, I see it in the hole cards and I see it in the table cards.

If I have managed to see equal hands between 2 players on many occasions, it is not that uncommon for it to happen

rarely, but it's normal. It's a shame when an opponent's pair turns into a flush

It's fairly rare especially since a good portion of the time you get pushed off your pair by someone being the aggressor. So you actually see that it's pocket 10s vs 10s less then it actually happens

Sometimes I see the same hand in others several times in a row, and this has happened more than once myself.

Hi, friend!
There are chances of dropping each combination. I will not write about everything, but I will indicate in percentage terms the chances of falling out if you have two unpaired cards in your hand:

One Pair: 46%
Two pair: 22%
Three of a kind: 4,5%
Full House: 2,2%
Four of a kind: just under 0.1%

Your opponent will quite often have some kind of combination in his hand.
It will be even more often than you think)

It doesn't mean anything, they are things that can happen and even more, statistics and mathematics, and at times you will see them and at times you won't, but there will always be the chances that this will happen

This is very common. This is not surprising. Everything corresponds to mathematical probabilities. Although it can be a shame when AA or KK fall out in a row not for you, but for others.

I've seen opponents get the same pocket pairs and myself. Sometimes even the same suit (as in that hand to the previous).

It may be because of how much I play, but that has happened to me several times lately, I folded, the other went All In and ended up eliminated 😅

I don't know exactly what your question is, but I've had two situations with AA:

in two tournaments I've had it twice in a row;
and one with three times in a row.
