Just wondering about the reads people get from other players they are playing against online. How can you tell if some1 is bluffing or if they have the nuts?Just want some other player feedback on how they do it,such as what to look for,or what you look for?Any comments would be appreiciated............

It's about betting patterns. You need to observe your opponents play, so you can figure these things out. Try to make a note about how the hand played out every time it goes to showdown and you get to see what they were playing. For example, I called a guy with Q high the other day on the river on a board of A72KK. Wouldn't normally do that as a default play, or against most opponents, but have a note that said "min bet bottom pair into three players, two streets", and he had checked all the way to the river, so I called him with the "nut no pair".

Here is a notes thread you might find useful.
