For all my time playing (about 5 years) I definitely remember playing royal flush in cash games for game chips. I also watched from the side once or twice.
The most amazing thing is that it can be easily missed. If you have a 10K hand on the tournament bubble, royal flush dreams are definitely not your first thought.

Good for you. It will come again I have had only 4 in 20 years of playing. Unfortunately, no one bet me on those hands all I could do was show my cards. It was a matter of pride and joy

Hello. I've been playing poker for maybe 2 years, never had a royal flush yet, but it was close to it, J & K clubs, flop A Q 10 (first two clubs, 10 diamonds).

I've never had a royal flush either. It feels like the lottery. You have 4 numbers but the last number never comes...

Thank goodness for that, all the other posts seem to mention multiple royal flushes!

I've been playing 40 years and never had one. I've seen other players get 'em. I've actually dealt one but not had one.

Had str8 flush's and made one to the queen once but never a royal flush.
That makes me sad!

In six years, I've had a royal flush about 5 times. So on average once a year. Not as often as I would like.

I had it yesterday in the daily tournament what happiness I had JKs on the button and I flopped the royal flush ouaou QA10 I doubled my stack with I did not capture and finished second in the tournament

uff. i maybe had 5 royal flushs i played and also 3-4 i didnt preflop called.. hehe

these hands are so rare, if u hit em they are unplayable (non profit) mostly

I've only caught Royal flush once in my NLHE history. But I've caught a straight flush many times, I can't even remember how many times now.
I had JQs, and my opponent caught a set, and I took a big pot.

I have been playing for nearly 20 years and have NEVER had a Royal. That is for both live and online. I have had one hit against me (I flopped queens full and opponent bet into my with nut flush draw, I jammed, she called and rivered the needed jack to make a Royal). I have only been at a table when they have hit two other times...all three were online so I have still never seen one live.

Too bad that didn't happen in a casino with a Bad Beat Jackpot. She would have a very happy loser to your Royal Flush. And you would come away with a nice pot and second place. Everyone at the table would be happy too.

Count me in the group with ZERO Royal Flushes. I've lost to them a few times.
Been playing for 16+ years.
On a positive note - I do have a Hole-In-One in golf.

Congrats! I actually made one last week but for some reason BetOnline will not allow me to screen-shot anymore. Oh well. I think I've made 8-10 in my lifetime playing hold'em and at least twice as many playing Omaha. It's always a cool feeling when you get one.

I hit a Royal Flush last night. It was my 34th (I started keeping records of them since 2010... & have screenshots for all of them).

On Aug.5, 2020 I hit TWO Royal Flushes on the very same day!
