I play poker only every weekend at night. So I can spend my time with my family during the day.

Both! Saturday AND sunday! You simply cannot compare saturday or even more - sunday, to any other day if looking whats available in ANY poker site.

If you have to spend time with family, you have to spend time with family. But other than that - you play!

If I have to choose between one of the 2 days, I choose Sundays by the amount of good tournaments that are in all the softwares that day

When you're retired everyday is the weekend so if you don't play on the weekend you would never play.

i avoid playing on weekends cash tables only register on tournaments when my time allow few hours in the night.during the day i prefer go out in nature and charge my batteries for the next week .

The weekends are the time I have most to play. If it's a rainy day, I can play even more. Only have a few friends I hang out with so usually I have a lot of time on my hands. Seems to be used for poker lately.

I play poker at work, so I do not have any difficulties regarding the specific day and time.

But over the weekend, being at home, ends up being a difficulty concentrating on the game.
So I prefer it during the week, at work.
