If you aren't feeling confident then you are tilting. If I have a day I don't feel confident I just don't play and use the time to study or just get away from poker all together. Poker is half mental and half everything else.

it was hard when you are on tilt mode,i am at that phase now,played some freroll yesterday ULTRA tight,slow play god hands like AK,AQ,AJ without coefidence,becayse i think that i cant hit nothing agnist agresive lose players,and i maked so much mistakes with slow play...
