I really want one of the rakeback deals, pokerlistings deal, or just something, but my account has been set in motion the past year w/ nothing. They profit too much off of their handsome rakes and I'm looking to minimize their gains, maximize my own.

Is there anyway to talking pokerstars support into placing me under a code or do they strictly forbid this? I was considering a semi-empty threat (semi-bluff, may do it;) ) of withdrawing my money from their site and going to a new pokersite w/ a deal, would that work?

No it's not worth trying. Pokerstars does not offer rakeback and even if they did your bluff would not work.
