Sex before or after session

Everybody know it is stress releasing to do a bit of sex, And in many sports athletes are prohibited to have sex before big matches/games.

I just wonder if it is better in Poker before or after a tourney, is the intensity you have without sex more useful when playing, or the calmness that you may get more useful.

What leaves you more focused and prepared?

Sex should be for pleasure, not to relieve stress.

In my view it's something very individual.
Have to test. There are days I prefer with, and others without.

Better after the session . and so it is better to abstain for a long time in order to win, you need a lot of energy.

Better before and after, but probably not during the game, although there are different options. I think that sex is as good for health as sports.
