Pocket pairs vs two overcards are usually in the 55-45 ballpark for example, pocket pair vs lower pocket pair is 80-20, etc. You can use tools like Pokerstove to evaluate them quickly, it'll give you a more accurate answer than a generic list and you'll probably get it faster too.
