I usually make something small to eat while on breaks.

Cookies are a good choice though, I'd have them more than anything else so I guess that's my go to haha.

I also make a ton of coffee throughout tournaments.

chocolate, chocolate and chocolate, it's soulfoodon thursdays and maybe weekend evening after a good day beer and chips, or paloma (tequila-mix) but in these moments I don't really expect to win :rofl:

Yes, they are healthy but do you actually eat them while playing poker? I prefer my veggies cooked and on my dinner plate with a steak and potatoes.

While playing poker in live home games, my 'go to' snack is potato chips, which are actually a vegetable. Chips wash down nicely with Orange Crush!!

At the casino, I usually do not have snacks, although one casino does not allow dinner breaks, in which case I may have a full meal at the table.

When playing online, my snack of choice is another vegetable - corn - popped.

I seldom if ever drink alcohol while playing poker.

I do not have much hunger during the session, just like a pure mtt (partly sng) player I adhere to a five minute pause to stretch the body, the supply of fluids and food (chia seeds, bitter chocolate, almonds, raisins) ... so I can last about 6-8 hours if it's hard to say :-D
