Solid numbers

I remember a while ago when the whole UB scandal happened regarding being able to see hole cards. One of the big tipoffs was the vpip numbers of the individual being impossible to sustain while profiting. My question is what is a solid vpip or does it vary while still being able to sustain profitability?

Well it depends on what type of game your playing and your personal playing style. Standard Vpip's can only be assessed if you give us more information, ie, cash games, sng's, 6max, full ring.
