Try a google search for fulltilt and see if you can connect from there.

no, i mean i have the software downloaded on a new laptop but i cant connect to the server for some reason

Well considering I lost my butt on full tilt last night, I would say send them an email and see what they say.
And for the record I would like to just put some food for thought, and that being is that is why I like poker room with a phone number, when looking for a poker room its best to have one where if you do have problem you can just pick up the phone and make a call and the problem solved. Just my 2 cents.

Are you using that same new laptop to post on this forum?

I don't know how you conect to your laptop but what I world do is gooto another poker sight and see if you can play there or if you been blocked if you can not play then it's your laptop if you can than email full tilt and see what they say
