Starting a Poker Bankroll

G'day. I'm looking to play poker on the side of my University studies to fund my weekend activites

I'm not the richest person at the moment but
From experience what would you all say I should deposit into an account, and would be ideal limits for me to gain maybe 30-50 bucks weekly (On a good week that is).

Another couple questions, my friend deposited some money into an account, got the bonus, withdrew the money and now just goes around poker sites doing this? Is this legal?


And also, thoughts on the best sites? I use to play absolute but its so slow.

First off legality depends on where you live! If you live in the US everything about real money online poker play is illegal! Now counting on poker as a second income depends on your skill level and having a bankroll to cover the swings. Yearly is best but for online monthy would be acceptable. 50 bucks means you should stay at the lower limits no more than .25/.50 less if you are just learning!
