Absolutely agree. Poker is a long-term game, not about short-term results. Taking breaks and resetting your mind is essential.

I agree with that, but I realized that simply accepting the variation isn't always enough.
Sometimes, even knowing that defeats are part of the game, it still affects your decisions, especially in fast formats like Rush, where everything happens very quickly.
For me, staying motivated is more about controlling reactions after bad hands and not letting frustration change the way I play.
