If you feel hunger crawling up, still it. Same goes for thirst. Dont play poker hungry or thirsty, just another unnecessary and unpleasant distraction.

In live games most of the time they serve food to your table. When playing on line I have snack food near by and sometimes i hit the microwave up for some quick hot food!!

I play poker on a laptop. I is not difficult to go to the kitchen during the game. Therefore, I have no problems in this area. I often eat anything, I smoke, I drink coffee and tea during the game.

well since we are playing online at home, we cant wh enever we feel hungry lol

... if i,m in a really good tourney,, and going well, i tend not to eat much, casue excited about game tho.. lol

I'm a big fan of soup or else I like to buy taco bell before I play haha, but this is also a hard thing for me as well. But definitely soup and coffee. Keeps me going

I love fruit, sports candy i call it, so many choices.
Water crackers and yogurt aswell.
Dont forget the water ... keep hydrated.

you do not have time to 5-10 minutes to eat well! in the army for 5 minutes, lunch, eat a light meal during the game, that would kill hunger

Always have coffee ready. Durin gnome the breaks, try to make something quick. I try to avoid having too much junk food around

I'd say nothing fatty like potato chips or anything that's going to make you go to the bathroom a lot like coffee or tea. Some fruit, light snacks, or a sandwich won't bog you down and dull your mind.
