What is your favorite position to steal from when you make a steal attempt under your ideal conditions.

Its easier to still from late position but there is really to many things to determine though, stack sizes? sng? mtt? ring? table image? what position? past reads?

This isnt really a post question its more of a read book question as it is so indepth. https://www.cardschat.com/harrington-on-holdem.php <- Great book

sorry about that, I realised after I had made the post.
If the mods could be so kind as to add "The Button" as an option......thanks.

I put my vote in for cutoff; it's where I'll try most often, but situations determine this more than position,IMO.

I voted for SB/BB. You see nearly every player's action which would give you a good idea whether it's a good time to steal or not.

Cool, once the button option is added then thats my vote. If you are trying to steal the blinds its the ideal position and any resistance still lets you act last and lets you gain information. If you are trying to steal from the early and middle limpers AND the blinds, the above still applies. If you are trying to steal from somebodies pre-flop raise, the above still applies.
Its the button of love, and i love the button.

Why? Everone steals from the blinds and the button, steals are not expected from the CO, so most if not all raises from CO are considered strong hands which makes stealing fron CO more profitable for your stack:D
