Stud rules, and will forever. Online, it is everywhere. Casinos? Who cares, they are all going out of business anyway.
Myself I especially like stud, in all versions, because all the internet HE kids dont have a clue and try to learn the game, which I have been playing for decades... who wins?

Well, I agree with you on the stud rules part, but to me, internet doesn't compare with live poker.

Stud is an awesome game...i like how in the world series you see a lot of the older players that started playing in the wsop in the 1980s play. plus some players who are stud specialists play. I bet this game will keep going strong behind hold em and omaha.

casinos can make more money on hold 'em. Poker rooms are growing and table games (blackjack, craps) are shrinking. Guaranted revenue if they can fill a poker table. Some risk involved in other table games for the casino.

I think i would have to agree with that, stud is almost like a joke. Almost no one knows how to play the game at all and all people do is push, push, push really hard to take serious. I like it with good players but good luck finding that.
