I would say it's a mixture, but more skill than luck as good players tend to be successful over the long run. So luck isn't the biggest factor, or everyone would just win randomly and there could be no professional poker players who obviously use their skill to win.

Good morning everyone, to be one of the best poker players in the world you need above all skills, as well as above average technical knowledge.
You see, there are players who have won the wsop title several times, obviously luck has nothing to do with a game that involves technical knowledge and skill.
So does this mean that luck has nothing to do with poker?
Luck has a small percentage compared to other factors, you have to have a bit of luck to win the All ins.

Discipline
Tilt management
Routines
Physical and mental exercises
Good nutrition
Good rest
game study
Downswing management
Understand that you have to play for your bankroll
Don't think about growing the bank, but think about growing in the game because the bank will come in addition.

Don't kid yourself: it is 65-35: 65% luck, 35% skill. All the skill in the world won't help you if an opponent with a pair catches, makes trip's and you pair or suited connectors you overplayed are crushed. Seen two instances of opponent with a 2 catching a 2 on the board for trips, 222. You never know.. Underplaying your pairs suits, and connectors isn't the worst thing you can do. You can always come back when you aren't over-extended.
