Ive pretty much completely stopped playing online poker, I withdrew all my money except the tournament dollars. I have $28 worth of tournament dollars, would anyone like to make an offer as to how much they will pay me in cash for them? Im a cash game player and dont have much use for the T$

Just to add, that buying/selling $T/$W is available through the request menu on Poker Stars. Stars moderates the process, so it is risk free.
