If you are "in the gutter" I call it, basically that is when you expect to lose, absolutely take a break and try to relax. Only quick tip is if the games you are playing are on the loose side say average 3-4 players after the flop don't be afraid to jump off big pairs and wait for pretty much the nuts to call or raise the hand down, remember the bets you save are just as important as the ones you win in Limit play.
