I have been a user on your site for awhile now and I have also been a member of the #1 poker forum https://www.cardschat.com for awhile. A user that I know very well and have talked to awhile brought this up to my attention.

if you want to see the thread it is here https://www.cardschat.com/forum/general-poker-13/talk-about-being-sore-loser-91313/ , now I understand you are trying to protect the best intrests of the players but come on guys you know this guy is not 5 years old. Heck I dont even know if I could spell poker at 5 years old. Now you are causing him a ton of hassle trying to get to a fax machine to prove he is not 5 years old. He is a good user and it would be horrible for you to lose a good member because of this not to mention the horrible press you are getting over at cardschat which you know is a very very popular site.

please fix this,

why would they keep you banned from what I sent them?

if anything it should get you un-banned faster by them reading this thread and seeing how it is giving them horrible rep. Hell I might even deposit in FTP instead of stars because of this.

rules and the law. A simple way of all players avoiding this neccessary

procedure in the future is simply to not say such comments in the chat.

Well, in PS defense, they are simply enforcing their policy without exception, regardless of how absurd. Years ago I was working part time as a bouncer in a country bar and we had a policy that anyone that appeared to be under 100 years of age had to be carded. No ID, no entry. That was the bar's policy and we enforced it. Imagine Buckster walking up to the door without ID and being denied admittance because he forgot his ID at home. Sounds absurd, but the policy was there so that no one EVER had to make a judgement call about a 30 something guy or 20 something girl etc. All patrons were treated the same in all cases. They made a killing every night in liquor sales, so there was no reason to risk taking any chance at all in being judged wrong and the bar having a problem.

For some reason I do too, and it's the only site (knock on wood) it happens on. (Rigged! Heh, just kidding.) Last time I ran $25 up to $300 and then lost it all again. So I was playing razz, maybe that was it, LOL.
