Tax question, I broke even in a weird way, report?

I am in California, I have lost about $4k at the live tables this year, however through some casino promotion I won a few prizes totaling about the same as my losses. I think I am negative $8 in lost money now. Since my losses pretty much offset my winnings almost to the dollar, do I need to report this? Or just not even bother?

did the casino give u a tax form or make u sign anything? if so then yes
