back home we pay 5.5% on casinos live poker games. On line unless they get it from the rake I dont see how.
If you feel guilty about on line earnings and taxes, send them to my account and I will deliver it to the poor players. :D

I did not winning thousands in order to pay. On the other hand the law obliges even $ 1 to pay the tax. While not received letters from the tax service. If the bank will submit the documents to the tax office at my transfer money, I have to pay and find another way to withdraw money. There is an alternative. If I am lucky enough to win a few thousand I'd rather give the money to repair the church in our village.

nope,Wonder if they would calculate taxes the same as in DFS. They minus the rake paid from your winnings then if your still in profit over $600 you get a w2 form for taxes in the mail.

Why do I need to pay taxes if I win, but nobody pays me a little if I lose?

I don't pay tax on the gain. But you need to learn in their country. In different countries the requirements for payment of taxes differ.
