Tell me about any new poker innovations

I haven't played seriously in years and I'd like to know if there's anything special for me to consider if I decide to return to online poker.

I have been playing for many years, and I find it interesting to swap to other poker games, for now I'm totaly in to Omaha Hi-Lo. With the experiance of Texas Hold'em and the way you (schould) bet, raise ore fold; it gave me a boost like in the first days that I discoverd poker.
