Water or coffee. By the way, i think having water where you are playing should be the mandatory requirement. However, some places do not offer this, because if you want, you will have to buy it.

I don't have a special diet while playing poker. A different diet can change your mood and that can become a weakness in poker. Sometimes I see players who play faster or slower after a while. I don't know if energy drinks or alcohol are to blame for that, but it could be.

I'll usually have a cup of tea with a little sugar and milk in it - I find it rather soothing when things aren't going my way lol

love me some tom petty to jam out as I am playing and I generally just drink water or if getting tired and been playing for long time I grab some coffee to keep myself awake really can't play very well when drinking then I just wanna run crazy negative ev bluffs lol

I mostly smoke and drink water. Occasionally I'll drink some beers and may eat a snack or two while playing.

I like to listen music while playing. Drinking or eating something is not something that i normally do. I drink water during the breaks usually. Sometimes i drink a beer while playing but rarely and only one. It helps me to relax and be more calm. I try to avoid playing drunk - i have done that and it causes more harm than good.

play alone and at night I feel much more comfortable and with lots of water and some snacks at hand few if and lots of music per just to play cash games to simply open 6 tables at once and sit down to play

hotdogs and coke helped a few times. Got into the money on a high buy in tournament. I normally drink coffee or coke and try eat as little as possible, you want the blood in your head, not your stormach.

More times i just drink tereré (a kind of ice tea) and dont listen music. Sometimes i listen rock... but dont eat anything playing.

I do like to enjoy a drink or a beer while playing, it helps to relax me. I do not get drunk while playing because I think you can find easier ways to lose money.

I lie, I play lying down, so comfortable, no, not eating, high tea or coffee break, listening to music, usually Deep or House. And so I'm focused on the game, no waste. I don't drink alcohol or smoke cigarettes. I am for a healthy lifestyle! Oxygen is everything! OM!

When i play long sessions i like drinking cola and eating chips.
I know its not healthy but a hardly try to break this bad habbit

I like to do push ups every hour. It helps keep me refreshed. It also helps increase my push up reps overtime.

I don't listen to music or drink while I play, unless I'm just casually playing with friends. While I'm playing for real, though, I focus 100% on the game: no eating, drinking alcohol, or listening to music. At my casino, they come around and offer free stuff, and I usually just take soft drinks, juices, or tea.

As I play on my mobile now, I do everything I want. I can have a bite. Watch TV. It’s very convenient to play while lying in bed, have a strong tea with sweets during a break. I liked to drink some beer with salmon or pistachios. Now I don't drink.
