Thomas S. Ferguson (Chris' father if i'm correct?) is a Professor in the Department of Mathematics and the Department of Statistics at the University of California at Los Angeles.

His web site: http://www.math.ucla.edu/~tom/

Lots of fascinating poker related game theory papers.

Anyone here have read those?

If α0 ≥ β1, then
it is optimal for I to bluff, and
it is optimal for II to fold.
The value is a.

Shit, next time my opponent sucks out on me, I'll just trot this one through the chat window.

Skimming most of the End Game pdf reminded me why I didn't take those extra 2 courses to get my minor in Math...because it melts your brain.
